Cancellation Policy

1. Assumption of Risk & Voluntary Participation I understand that use of sauna facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, dizziness, fainting, heat exhaustion or heat stroke, burns, slipping/tripping, and other health-related risks. I confirm that my participation is voluntary, and that I am using the sauna at my own risk. 2. Health & Medical Conditions I confirm that I am in good physical health, and that to the best of my knowledge I have no medical condition (such as cardiovascular issues, high or low blood pressure, heart disease, respiratory problems, epilepsy, pregnancy, or any condition affected by heat) that would make it unsafe for me to use the sauna. If I have any doubts or pre-existing conditions, I confirm I have consulted (or will consult) a physician prior to booking. 3. Sauna Safety, Conduct & Rules I agree to follow all safety instructions and facility rules, including but not limited to: Shower / clean up as required before using the sauna (if applicable). Use a towel while in the sauna; sit on the towel when inside. Avoid excessive exposure: limit sessions according to guidelines provided by staff (e.g. recommended time per session) and listen to my body. Remove jewellery, avoid oils, lotions, or anything that might cause harm or damage within the sauna. Behave respectfully, responsibly and follow any staff instructions or facility rules. 4. Release of Liability & Indemnification In consideration for being permitted to use the sauna facilities, I hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless Take Community Sauna, its owners, operators, staff, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to my use of the sauna, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage — except to the extent required by law. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Take Community Sauna from any claims, damages, costs or expenses arising from my use of the facility or breach of this waiver. 5. Acknowledgement & Consent I have read and understood this waiver in I agree that it is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, personal representatives and assigns. If booking on behalf of a group, I confirm I have informed all participants of the terms and conditions contained in this waiver and they have individually agreed.
