FAQ's
What should I bring to the sauna?
What facilities will you have at the sauna?
How long are the sessions?
We recommend bringing swimwear, two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off), a water bottle, and flip-flops or pool sliders. You might also bring a plastic bag for wet items, plus a robe for changing or after the session.
Our facilities include two saunas and a cold-plunge bath (or chill tub). We also provide changing/shower facilities, and a communal drying/changing area.
Sessions typically run for 1 hour. Within that time you’re free to use the sauna, cold plunge, showers and changing facilities as you like (within the usual etiquette/rules).
Do I have to book in advance?
What are your cancellation policies?
Are children allowed?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance. While a small number of walk-in slots may sometimes be available, they’re limited and cannot be guaranteed.
For a full refund, bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
We only permit adults (18 years and older) to use the sauna and cold-plunge bath. This helps ensure safety and comfort for all users.
Will I be sharing a sauna?
Can I hire the sauna privately?
What are your operating hours?
Yes, unless you book a private hire session, the sauna and plunge bath will be shared with other community guests, in line with our communal ethos.
Yes, we offer private hire options for small groups (subject to availability). Private hire includes exclusive use of the sauna (and sometimes the cold-plunge / showers) for your group during the session.
Operating hours vary depending on demand and season. We recommend checking the booking page or contacting us directly for the latest schedule.
